  • Google Contacts: If you verify Google Contacts integration, we store a cache of your contacts to check for sync status and display them within the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to provide the Personal CRM functionality, including:

  • Managing your relationships and interactions.
  • Sending you reminders.
  • Providing AI-powered insights based on your notes.

4. Sharing of Google User Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with Google's Limited Use Policy.

  • No Sharing with AI Models: We do NOT share your Google User Data (such as names, emails, or phone numbers) with third-party AI models. Our system uses a strict Data Segregation Architecture where all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stripped and replaced with internal anonymous identifiers before any data is processed by our AI features. The AI operates exclusively on internal IDs and generic placeholders.
  • No Third-Party Transfer: We do not transfer, sell, or disclose your Google User Data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services to you.

  • Retention Period: Your Google User Data (contact cache) is stored on our secure servers for the duration of your active account status. We do not retain data after account termination.
  • Revocation: If you revoke our access to your Google account via Google Security Settings, we will delete all cached Google User Data associated with your account upon the next synchronization attempt, or you may request immediate deletion by contacting support.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
